Original Toronto Star caption: Triplicate forms describing the contents of each parcel of drugs are filled out on the U.S. side of the Peace Bridge by Quakers bringing medical supplies into Canada for shipment to North Viet Nam. U.S. officials tried to discourage the Quakers from crossing the border but backed down at stopping them physically.
