Original Toronto Star caption: Chinguacousy Indians flagged down the inaugural run of GO service between Georgetown and Toronto and Great Chief Cyril Clarke; 75 a former reeve of Chinguacousy Township; produced a proclamation which he and Premier William Davis signed; sealing agreement with peel Region Chairman Lou Parsons. Davis pledged the iron horse would run like the wind and not run over buffalo.
