Original Toronto Star caption: Non-stop by car from wolfsburg to toronto. The Dyvi Atlantic; one of two drive-on; drive-off motor ships owned by Volkswagon of West Germany; is unloading 1;070 cars at Toronto harbor. The rakish vessel has seven storage decks connected by ramps. Cars enter or leave by two side doors; cutting the usual crane-loading operation by many hours. The other drive-on; drive-off ship in the large Volkswagen fleet can cay over 2;000 of the automobiles.
