Original Toronto Star caption: Sunken ship to be raised: The 128-year-old Ciudad de lnca; one of the Tall Ships; sits submerged in Kingston harbor. It is to be raised today or tomorrow; using airbags attached to its stern. The Ciudad sank in about 5 metres (16 feet) of water last Friday for reasons that are still unexplained. High winds foiled attempts to raise the ship Tuesday.
