This 84-foot motor-sailer of ferro-cement construction has been three years in the building at the foot of Leslie St. on the ship canal. Owner Nev Coleman; 51; thinks it's largest moulded cement pleasure yacht ever built. Fitted out; it will carry a crew of 12; utilize 200-h.p. diesel or 2;500 square feet of sail.
