The inner malls of the plaza are climate-controlled; a feature common in the giant shopping centres but unique in one this size. Stores include a 20;000-square-foot Dominion; a bank; restaurants; a drug store; a gift shop and; if approval is given; a self-serve liquor store. Owner is Woodchester investments.
