Original Toronto Star caption: Escalators at the Four Seasons-Sheraton Hotel are unfinished as a result of the elevator strike. The sign asks patrons to use the elevator; which is less of a problem to maintain. Other Metro projects bogged down as a result of difficulties with elevators which are under construction. Talks broke down Friday.
