Original Toronto Star caption: Suds queue: There were long line-ups at beer stores yesterday as thousands of Metro residents rushed to buy brew in the wake of a wildcat strike that shut 83 brewers' retail outlets. Some people waited in line for as long as four hours at the 16 stores that remained open. And hotel and tavern owners picked up their own supplies in order to avoid a weekend drought.
