Original Toronto Star caption: Debating their boycott of classes; about 300 University of Toronto arts and science students listen as students Ernie Hobbs presents his views at a mass meeting today in Sidney Smith Hall. The students were boycotting classes; despite a vote of 4;114 to 4;060 yesterday against a strike to back up demands for equal students representation with faculty members on policy-making bodies at the university. There was a sit-in by about a dozen students in the faculty office.
