Original Toronto Star caption: The Nuclear Power Plant at Pickering is picketed by men from the Canadian Union of Public Employees and Ontario Hydro is considering asking for a court order that they return for fear of a radioactive accident. The men walked out yesterday in one of series of rotating strikes begun when negotiations with Hydro broke down. Their union dismissed talk of a possible accident as a scare tactic.
