Original Toronto Star caption: Striking postal workers picket outside Terminal A; at Bay and Front Sts.; today as 22;000 sorters across the country went on strike. It's expected that by tomorrow only second-; third- and fourth-class mail will be left delivery by the Letter Carriers Union; which is not on strike. But mail boxes are not being sealed and the Post Office says some members of the striking union may stay at work.
