Original Toronto Star caption: Phosphate-free detergent got its day at City Hall Square today when three Liberal MPPs started banding out 1;000 packets of the detergent. James Trotter argues with a City Hall guard who wanted to shoo them away while Murray Gaunt (left) and Pat Reid lend an ear.
