Original Toronto Star caption: Most Marrying Minister in Canada; Rev. I. G. Parkins; left; marries Coles Crouse and Karen Robinson. Although he's retired; Perkins has a portable altar; public address system and recorded music in his Thorncliffe Park apartment so that he can keep on performing marriages and baptisms. In his 45 years as a United Church minister; the last 27 at Donalds United Church; he has conducted almost 7;000 ceremonies.
