Canada's first full-fledged Greek Orthodox bishop was installed in a Toronto ceremony yesterday with no signs of the opposition some church members had feared. About 1;500 people packed the cathedral on Sorauren Ave. and 2;000 others lined up outside for the pageantry-packed; two-hour investiture of Bishop Athanasoulas Sotirios.
