Original Toronto Star caption: The staid corridors of Osgoode Hall were to-day visited by counsel for the executors and trustees of Charles Vance Millar's will; counsel for the leaders in the Millar Will Maternity Race; some of the claimants themselves and other interested parties; to attend the Millar will hearing before Mr. Justice Middleton. The executors and trustees are the Toronto General Trusts; National Trust Co.; and George Roy Sproat. Advice on the validity and interpretation of the baby clause of the will was to be asked; and if it is found valid; the beneficiary or beneficiaries entitled to receive the money; which now amounts to about $750;000; are to be ascertained.
