Bannon jolted judicial inquiry into two magistrates' behavior by resigning then admitting he had been indiscreet in his relationships with Vincent Alexander; a man facing criminal charges. During hearing Mr. Justice Campbell Grant was told police taped conversations between magistrates; Alexander.
