Original Toronto Star caption: Painful disease: Downsview resident, Maria Conroy, 45, left, her son Martin, 15, Francey Bornstein, 39, right front, and her daughter Alana, 11, all suffer from epidermolysis bullosa - a rare skin disease for which there is no known medical cure. However they hope the upcoming Canadian visit of Pavel Kozak, who runs a clinic treating the disease in West Germany, will provide some new insight.
