Original Toronto Star caption: Three suspects in the weekend Chinatown shooting that left one man dead and two wounded were brought to Metro last night after being arrested near Sault Ste Marie. Staff Sgt. Julian Fantino and Sgt. Tony Warr of Metro's homicide squad flew to Toronto with the three suspects, who were held after an Ontario Provincial Police constable ran a routine check on a speeding car. OPP Constable Graham Hunt spotted a late-model Oldsmobile in the Desbarats area, 55 kilometres (34 miles) south-east of Sault Ste. Marie, Monday night. You could just call it a sixth sense, Hunt said. I've had that feeling before when I've been involved in other things. The vehicle was speeding and Hunt's check of the police computer showed murder warrants had been issued for the occupants.
