Original Toronto Star caption: Police line-up: The OPP parking lot on Queen's Quay is a staging area for about 50 cars as the force brings in new cars to keep its fleet of 1,600 cruisers up to date. The force buys 700 to 800 new cars a year and the fleet is renewed every two years.
