Original Toronto Star caption: A cop and his cruiser: Constable Wally White is one of five non-whites on the Durham Regional Police force. The force wants to hire 101 more staff members but doesn't have a policy on minority hiring. It would be unfair to have anyone feel they had got into the force just because of their color says police commission chairman Bob Attersley.
