Syl Apps (centre), MPP for Kingston and the Islands, brought a new look to Queen's Park yesterday when he showed up wearing a brocade jacket and powdered wig. The former Toronto Maple Leafs centre and current provincial correctional services minister, was wearing the 17th-century costume in honor of Kingston's 300th birthday. He invited members to join celebrations.
