Original Toronto Star caption: An angry crowd surrounds Remo Monti; an Eaton's manager at Scarborough Town Centre; as he explains at 9.30 a.m. that the quota of Olympic events' tickets for the day have already been sold. Hectic scenes developed at all Eaton's stores across Metro as hundreds of people lined up to buy the first of more than 2 million tickets for the 1976 games in Montreal. They are being sold exclusively at Eaton's stores across the country; ranging in price from $3 to a top of $40.
