Chalk Talk

Original Toronto Star caption: Chalk Talk: Ringette players get the same type of chalk talk from coach Richard Anderson as hockey players do before each game; but there the similarity ends. There's no body contact in ringette; sticks are without blades; and; of course; the ring acts as a puck. The ring cannot be carried over the opponent's blue line; but must be passed or shot.
