Seymour Knox; one of the owners of the Buffalo franchise in the NHL; looks over Buffalo Memorial Auditorium; home of yet-to-be born NHL club. The NHL insists arena must have a seating capacity of 15;000. The arena now seats 9;800 and the expansion will cost an estimated $4;500;000 but it must be completed in time for next season
