Original Toronto Star caption: Standing there at the side of the stage; a bespectacled figure in a dark blue Sunday go-to-meeting suit; with his fiddle tucked beneath his chin; he led the dancers through the premiere of Fete Carignan; A Brian Macdonald ballet created in his honor. As ballets go; it didn't go very far. Macdonald seemed to be more intersted in generating a deliberately informal; good-times fellding [incompete].
