Original Toronto Star caption: You've never herd of an inspiration like this. Artist and farmer Robin Mackenzie of Pickering feeds an apple to one of the Highland cattle he raises on his farm. The herd inspires the internationally renowned conceptual artist; who works mostly with photographic images. Mackenzie has used his cattle as the subject of roughly 100 art works. Examples of his art are found in about 50 North American galleries; including the National Gallery of Canada and the Art Gallery of Ontario.
