Original Toronto Star caption: Something new for black creek village; Workmen were busy on weekend setting up this Mennonite Meeting House in Black Creek Pioneer Village. Built in 1824; it is considered an excellent example of architecture and construction methods from pioneer days. It was formerly in Vaughan Township's Mennonite Cemetery; but cemetery officials feared it might be damaged by vandals. Here; it causes minor traffic jam on Keele St. as it is moved on truck.
