Original Toronto Star caption: The Parliament Buildings in Victoria sit right on the inner harbor in one of the prettiest settings in Canada. The city has one of the best climates in Canada; being much sunnier than Vancouver and other west coast centres. Though some Victorians don't appreciate it; visitors usually find the city the most English in all Canada; a place of double-decker buses and afternoon teas with crumpets and jam.
