Original Toronto Star caption: The individuality given to each townhouse in Forest Heights in Burlington is evident in this picture of the first part of the Project. There are six basic floor layouts offered and each has up to four different fronts; or elevations; as they say in the building trades. As can be seen; the stylings range through Tudor; Georgian; French and Colonial each in a variety of exterior materials. The project; a condominium of 121 townhouses; is probably unique in the Greater Toronto area in the variety and originally of the facades. Prices are in the $40;000 bracket with conventional financing. Project is north of QEW.
