Up, up and away

Original Toronto Star caption: Up; up and away: Sure-footed steelworkers high above Burlington Bay have their work cut out for them; joining 100-tonne beams to the concrete supports of the new Burlington Skyway span; which will eventually carry traffic south to Niagara Falls; while the old span carries the northbound traffic. The new span; to open in 1985; is expected to end the daily bottleneck which has plagued traffic along the Queen Elizabeth Way between Niagara Falls and Toronto.
