Original Toronto Star caption: Living quarters are to be provided on the grounds for Gen. Vokes and his two senior staff officers; Lt. Col D. Douglas and Lt. Col. P.R. Bingham. Army huts are to be converted and new ones built for married quarters as time and materials become available. In the meantime most of the staff work the same hours as they did in the city and spend and extra hour and a half morning and evenings getting to and from work.
