Here is a typical scene of the famed barnyard clinic at Williamburg at the height of its popularity. He charged $1 a day for treatment and was to have given as many as 800 treatments in a single day.

Kidney specialist Dr. Paul Tam vowed to bring a $1 million kidney dialysis unit to Scarborough after Gary Belz died of a heart attack due to kidney failure more than two years ago. Tam said if Belz, then 37, hadn't had to wait a month for dialysis treatment at a downtown hospital, he would still be alive today. And Tam said the dozens of patients who travel downtown for dialysis would have a much, much better quality of life if a unit were Scaborough. But after [Incomplete]
