Patterson at Don Head Farms; a 514-acre country estate west of Richmond Hill. The residence was completely modernized by the former owner. Don Head Farms has now been sold through J. A. Willoughby; Toronto realtor; constituting one of the largest farm sales near Toronto in many months.
