Original Toronto Star caption: Old-time celebration. It was only the second anniversary of the Scott House Restaurant but owner Nick Giankos and his family went back in time to celebrate. After all, Scott House itself was built in 1841. Dressed in period costume, Giankos and his family drove up in horse-drawn buggy for the anniversary luncheon. The Old Scott House Restaurant located on Progress Avenue, north side, between Brimley Road and McCowan Road. (43.779298, -79.257115)
