Original Toronto Star caption: A young angler stands at edge of Oshawa's Second Marsh and casts his line into the water, hoping for a catch. Themarsh is in danger of disappearing. Durham Regional Council wants to zone it, and 200 acres to the east, for industrial use. Conservationists, fearing this will destroy it, are urging hearing into decision.
