Seven-storey brick building with worn, white paint, missing balcony rails and windows. Affixed to the building façade of the first, second, and third floors are several peeling posters displaying the text, John Chamard - NDP. In foreground, tall grasses and a few shrubs are seen between a cattle panel fence line and the building beyond.
