Here is a view of the excavation under way for the second tower of First Canadian Place. The lower portion will contain walkways on three levels; elaborately landscaped with openings to skylights; so the pedestrian will know where he is and what the weather is doing at all times; Laszlo Nemeth; 34; the chief architect for the seven-acre First Canadian Place complex rising at the King and York corner; said.
