Original Toronto Star caption: Scotia site: Construction has already begun on the giant $400 million Scotia Plaza development. The excavation for the 68-storey tower is already about 10 metres (35 feet) deep and will be another 15 metres (50 feet) deep. The project will be built in the block bordered by King. Bay; Adelaide and Yonge Sts.
