Original Toronto Star caption: On top of the old Bank of Commerce Building-now to be called Commerce Court North-is sheet metal worker Steve Horvath. The 40-year-old building is being renovated to the same standards as the new Commerce Court structures near it and will be linked by escalators to one of them and to the nearby subway. Renovations are to be finished by about this time next year; but some tenants are to move in by May. Fire sprinklers will be on every floor of the building.
