Original Toronto Star caption: Patterned circle is the base of fountain in one-acre interior plaza of new downtown Commerce Court. You are invited to sit around the raised portion on the outer rim. A sensor will read velocity of wind and cut down spray if wind gets too strong; eliminating splashing. That's what engineers say.
