Treasure of Whiterock Estates, Ronald Bluestein sits in his office in downtown Toronto explaining his company's real estate operations in Ontario. He is one of three principals in the firm which subdivides farm land, and then aggressively sells lots with the slogan Own a Piece of Canada. A team of Star investigators has disclosed that titles to many of the Whiterock Estates lots are faulty.
