The complex; which includes four apartment buildings; a 20-storey trade centre; a 22-storey hotel; a 36-storey office building; other buildings and parks; is far from dead. The latest Metro plan for waterfront includes Marvo complex; and it carries approval of Ontario Municipal Board; plus praise of Development Commissioner Manthorpe.
