Janet and her husband; George; of Mount Clemens; Mich.; were celebrating their second wedding anniversary at the fair when they and 37 other visitors were trapped 100 feet up after a jammed cable stalled 15 cars on the Alpine Way ride. All we could do was wait; they said.
