A squadon of ducks wintering in Toronto Harbor cruises past boat slip near the Harbor Police Station; placidly ignoring the poseted order to blow their horns to announce their presentce. As long as the water stays free of ice the ducks don't mind the cold and snow; though freezing rains may keep them grounded for a few hours at a time. In any case; weather forecasters predict slightly warmer temperatures for next few days with thermometer rising into 40s; for better swimming.
