Original Toronto Star caption: Wintering ships huddle together in port. Locked in the icy grip of winter; ships berthed at the foot of Yonge St. for the season look as though they're huddling together to keep warm. Two little tugs are also taking a long rest as the current cold weather coats the city's harbor with ice. They belong to Waterman Services; which uses the former fishing vessel Avalon Voyager as an office. The lakers at the back are loaded with storage grain.
