Original Toronto Star caption: A doctor and nurses attend a patient in a three-bed room at Lockwood Clinic; a 50-year-old hospital on Bloor St. E. near Jarvis St. that has been ordered to close by Aug. 31 because the province says it's not needed. Arthur Grout; a former mayor of Chapleau who has been a patient there three times and rates it outstanding; has appealed to Premier William Davis to look into the Lockwood Clinic case.
