Original Toronto Star caption: This is the hard part of patients of Lyndhurst Hospital; learning to use their limbs again. Mike Butler is placed in a complicated apparatus by physiotherapist Karen Yarlett before starting an exercise period. Hospital; which has moved into new premises in Leaside; rehabilitates accident victims who have lost the use of limbs as a result of spinal injuries. Most patients are outgoing; but exercise is frustrating and painful as they try to make their limbs work again.
