Original Toronto Star caption: Vast reclamation job. A section of this pipe is shown in (2); where it runs along the Consolidated Coal Company's dock. Most of the 7;500 feet of pipe is under water and divers have been groping around the muddy waters of Toronto by for the past week coupling the rusty lengths together. When completed it will be called the Marginal Way dock and will be used to store coal. The whole reclamation job will cost about $1;000;000.
