Original Toronto Star Caption: SOLD FOR $250,000. Here is shown the Burlington steel building, 304 Bay street whose sale for $250,000, to a well-known Toronto brokerage firm, is announced. Mr. Frank P. Wood, a brother of Mr. E. R. Wood, and the Frank Bailey estate are the vendors. The real estate department of the National Trust Company acted for the vendors and Gibson brothers, realtors, for the purchasers. The property has a frontage of 44 feet and the land realized $4,000 a foot, and the building between $60,000 and $70,000. [Incomplete]
