Original Toronto Star caption: Comfort galore: The drawing room of Spadina House, adjacent to Casa Loma, re-creates the plush setting in which the home's original occupants received guests. The mansion was built in 1866 for James Austin, first president of Consumers Gas and founder of the Dominion Bank. It now belongs to the Ontario Heritage Foundation and the City of Toronto.
